How does Clickfunnels Affiliate Program Work?
Clickfunnels made some changes to their affiliate program, including the payment structure, back in 2019.
Affiliate Payment Structure
As a new affiliate to this program, you’ll start receiving 40% of all front end offers and 100% on the “One Funnel Away Challenge”.
You’ll also get 20% of all Clickfunnels subscriptions from your referrals.
Once you’ve earned $1000 in commissions in a month, you can be upgraded to 30% and from the moment you have 40 active Clickfunnels users referred you’ll be bumped up to 40%.
If you were already a Clickfunnels affiliate and managed to promote $100 or more before November 2019 you’ll still receive 40% commission of all your sales and subscriptions, even if you don’t have the 40 referrals.
The monthly recurring revenue (MRR) is one of the most sought out elements of a good affiliate program and Clickfunnels has that in spades.
Since all the products in this program lead to the usage of Clickfunnels anything you choose to promote can get you a recurring payment.
The subscriptions are either $97 or $297, which means that your monthly passive earnings with 40 active referrals range from $1,552 to $4,752.
The Affiliate Cookie
Clickfunnels will track your referrals through a tracking cookie that expires after 30 days.
This means that anyone who clicks your affiliate link will be credited to you as long as yours was the last link to be clicked within the 30-day period.
Once your referral has bought or subscribed to any of Clickfunnels’ products (including free training), their email address will be registered in the system as your referral. Any product that they buy in the future will pay you a commission.

Funnel and Follow-up Email Commissions
As you’d expect at Clickfunnels they’ve built some of the best funnels in the world.
Any product that you promote to your audience will lead them to a high converting funnel with other offers – which are chances for more commissions.
They also have great follow-up email sequences that keep selling complementary products and increase your earnings.
Clickfunnels Affiliate Badge
Every funnel you build has a small badge (unless you deactivate it) on the bottom right-hand corner which also works as a referral link.
Anyone that clicks on this badge on one of your funnels and creates an account will be your referral. For these referrals you’ll receive a 20% commission regardless of your affiliate status within the program.

Promoting Clickfunnels
Promoting Clickfunnels directly is definitely possible and some super affiliates have done it with great success, but it’s not the most efficient way to earn with the Clickfunnels Affiliate Program.

How to Access Your Affiliate Links
To access your affiliate links, login to your Clickfunnels account and click on your name on the right hand side of the top navigation bar and choose ‘Affiliates’.
On the next page click on ‘Login To Your Dashboard Now’. You’ll find all the products listed below with buttons to access each link and other affiliate tools like banner images and email swipe files.
Getting Paid As a Clickfunnels Affiliate
Commissions in this program are paid after 45 days (called the “cooling off” period) to make up for any potential refunds or cancelations.
You’ll qualify for payment if at the time of Clickfunnels’ monthly commission report your “Ready for Payout” line shows $100 or over.
You can receive payment by Paypal or cheque.
Before getting paid by Clickfunnels you must complete the required tax documentation. You’ll see a warning window until you do so every time you login to the affiliate dashboard.

It’s important to note that you must include Clickfunnels disclaimers and disclosures in any page you promote which you’ll find in the affiliate agreement that you should read carefully.
You will NOT receive any commissions for any products you purchase yourself.
